In the historic maritime village of Greenport exists a place of trademark small plates, and a one of a kind raw bar. That place is noah’s.
And it’s all thanks to a dream shared by Chef Noah Schwartz his wife Sunita.
In late 2009 the two combined their prior experience working in the restaurant industry together and noah’s was born.
Located at 136 Front Street, noah’s showcases seafood inspired deliquesces featuring locally-sourced ingredients.
One dish on the menu that has received great reviews is the classic Fish and Chips.
Fresh cod, caked in a light beer batter and fried until golden, partnered with crisp fries and thee cabbage coleslaw.
…mouth watering, we know, and it’s why we’ve included a picture here to rub it in.
Since it’s opening, the Greenport community continues to pour in and leave with their appetites fully satisfied. Some choose to go with a few smaller dishes to equal a main course, or a larger dish for a bigger portion. While Chef Noah works in the kitchen happily putting the finishing touch on your order, Sunita manages the dinning room and is also the locations sommelier.
Noah’s also features a very special raw bar, where customers can enjoy fresh oysters, clams, and jumbo shrimp.
We found noah’s on Facebook and suggest you check out their fanpage photo albums to see these pictures and many more.
